haven't written in a while, mostly because i have nothing really to write about. school isnt' what i thought it would be... i like work, i enjoy hanging out w/ people at work, they are fun. people here well they just arn't...lol.. its almost the end of the semister, my trip to costa rica is comming up quick! i am getting excited! we are going to get our shots today (as a class). sounds like fun huh...but if you don't have them, you dont' get to go... there has been alot going on, but...anyway... im gonna go and have breakfast... pizza...mmm.. nutrition huh! yeah

you know its a bad thing when you just randomly drive to plattsburgh from paul smiths. i was so bored last night thats what i did. i went to walmart, got shrek, slippers, boots (they are really cute), and a bunch of candy and a plastic pumpkin for halloween... oh ya i got capri suns too..i gave in...so i spent all my money, then i took 87 home b/c i couldn't find rt. 3. and it brought me to keene which in turn takes me right by the loj...so guess where i went... you got it...to the loj... holly was working so i hung out with her until quitting time...then we went to her place, started todays party early and gorged on pizza!...mmm..pizza...lol so finally around quarter after 11 i make it back to school...it was so much fun though...lol there needs to be something on my car that prohibits me from driving over 100miles a week...lol...im going out tonight...and then tomorrow i am going to try and go geocaching!! yeah for that! ok...im sick of typing and my cherios are making me ill...

why does everything have to be so difficult? i wish things were easy...just one time... the whole thing w/ harvey is just weird...like i like him and all, but i can't read him..so i don't know how he feels about me, and heres the real kicker... he and holly kind of had a fling at some point.. ya it was a while ago, but still its weird. last night we (me, holly and jenn) went over to franklin, they actually came to campus, and it was strange. harvey and i didn't really talk...so... i don't knwo... everyone was asking holly and jenn about their apartment and stuff...which is understandable b/c htey haven't seen holly or jenn in a while...but still...so im not gonna call him... we will see what happens this weekend at hollys halloween party... i am going to have to dress up...b/c we are going to go the bars, and as everyone knows im still not 21...so we will see which ones i can get into... hopefully all of them...it would suck if i had to hang out at hollys with everyone else out... i don't think i would do that.. i would just come back to campus and so something here... any suggestions on what i should do about the situation...let me know...

this live journal thing has a tendancy to lose my entries in the process of putting them up on the web page...i had a nice long thing written out to post...but alas it was lost...so now you get the short version... hahah after i posted that wonderful post on monday i went out and visited harvey. which turned out to be good. now i am waiting for him to call...my roomy says give him 2 days and then if he doesn't call you call him... so tomorrow is day 2 and he is done w/ his capstone tomorrow...so i am hoping they are going to drink tomorrow and he will call and invite me over.... so now i am sitting here all anxious...hoping i didn't fuck it all up... (how i don't know, but im sure i could)... wish me luck...

i finally got my internet working yesterday...i have been without it for over 3 weeks. what a pain in the ass that is! espically since i have my online class...but anywho... went to caz last weekend. it was fun..got to see richard, pete, and matt. i was hoping some people would return from their weekend early...but no such luck...oh well..i think i had something useful to say..but no longer..things tend to disapear in my brain...i should clean it out sometime and get rid of some useless stuff i dont' need...

getting alot of sleep give you lots of energy...i don't know why i never tried it before...i got like 7 1/2 - 8 hours of sleep. what a difference it makes. in o.rec. lab yesterday we went hiking to a "secret fishing pond"..wow how excititng was that...we could have seen beavers, but our group, of 25 tramping through the woods, was a little to loud. pitty it would have been nice... after all that was over, i had to go plan a little more about going to costa rica... we looked up ideas for lodging, and cites for puerto viejo. it looks awsome, you can surf, snorkle the reefs, swim w/ dolphin, view the turtles (durring the right season), hoseback riding, and there is night life in this little town! clubs! maybe i will find some costa rican guy...lol...so after that...krisitn and i went to the den! our first experience there...mmm...it was sooo good...i had a roasted veggie wrap...mmm...and she had a chicken ceaser wrap which she said was good. they were huge wraps...i was really hungry, but i got french fries too...so i could only eat 1/2 the wrap...if i wouldn't have gotten french fries, i probally would have eaten the whole thing...lol... some guy..(i don't remember his name), hes an ra in lms, sat down and ate dinner w/ us. turns out he is a new vegetarian (2 months) so we chatted about that, kristin kind of felt left out...=( oh well... he was cool... only 4 days till my b-day!!!! i can't wait! i have an o.rec. test today and i didn't read...oops... im gonna fail it... oh well... i have a spanish one tomorrow that im pretty sure im gonna fail...the guy moves to fast for me... its our second week and he expects us to be able to talk in full sentances... will is in my class, maybe he can help me... i don't know how i feel about him... hes weird..hes like lets do the extra credit assignment...read this for me...what do you think... lets study...ugh..no!... lol... i don't wanna study!...i signed up for the draf horse club.. maybe that will be fun.. i get to take pictures of pretty horses...i acted like a total "girl" when i went to sign up...it was fun..i was like ohhh horseys! lol it was sooo funny... lol...anyway... i should be reading for o.rec...test t minus 29 min... lol well i should probally get started on that...oh ya tomorrow jess and richard are comming up!!!!!!!!!!!

i have never had so much homework in my life! all this reading about ecotourism and sustainable development is enough to make anyone bash their head repeatly against the wall! oh well i guess i wont finish the reading in time to participate in group discussion today...oh well... on the up side my b-day this weekend! i can't wait! the jungle juice is stewing in the fridge..mmmm... and we are going to order little italy for dinner...mmm... and jessica is going to bring the hot sauce! little italys is so good it doesn't need hot sauce, but it is always welcome! another bad thing...the accident... holly hasn't called me back about going to the hospital to visit norm and devin...i hope she does b/c i don't want to go by myself... i don't know if i could handle it... growler has gotten sooo big... hes so cute! i don't know who is taking care of him...probally leeanne or tom o. but he comes up to my waist now! i have to work sunday morning at 7:30... i have to be there by then meaning i have to leave by like 6:45... and after a night of partying... well ive done it before alot worse so...it shouldn't be too bad... we went to clinton last night to visit w/ the boys over there... kristin was a bit suprised by them all...she wasn't expecting full fledge hicks...and thats what we got..lol.. the country music, beer, chew, and lots of naked women all over their wall.... it was..speical.. lol... well i have a party of a class soon..sooo... until next time...hasta luego

it seems like im alot busier here than i ever was at caz... its crazy. i actually have to do reading and stuff...ugh...my exp. planning class is my favorite so far. i don't really like the online class just b/c its online and i don't really get it... we have to post things like everyday and i can't seem to keep it straight... oh well i guess i will get used to it. another difference is that it is sooo cold here...lol its 48 at 7:30am brrr.... it probally frosted last night...i hope it starts warming up again...my poor roomy she is really freezing...she brought summer and spring clothes...no sweaters...poor her...lol..what else...nothing really, mostly just trying to get into the semister and classes and stuff. people in my exp. planning class are really great. i have that monday, tuesday and wednesday so that is cool, plus a few of them are in my spanish class. i am starting to remember peoples names...finally...it only took me what like 3 days...im soo bad w/ names, and i don't have them all yet... i can't tell the other two girls apart yet, oh well....=)and i have yet to find my mail box.... i thought they used to be at the den...well they arn't there anymore and there are like 4 in the post office...so they must be hidden somewhere else...they arn't real good at telling you stuff like that...well i have to finish getting ready for spanish!...

well im here...its different...in a good way...except i miss my friends so much! we are doing all sorts of fun orientation crap... so far the best was deffy the placement test i had to take for math...ha that was a joke...we couldn't use calculators...so i deffy bombed it...remedial math here i come! lol.. but on the upside i may be going to costa rica this winter for my Eco-Adv. Practicum...sounds like fun huh...its either costa rica or senegal in africa next year...mom would rather i do costa rica..which means i get to learn spanish...yipee... sounds like a blast doesn't it.. for some reason my computer has been hating the internet since i hooked it up... my im only works sometimes and my email...well i can't even get into my email...but for some reason live journal works...hey makes me happy.. i get to make my schedual today... that will be fun considering they have me in enviromental studies still.... my roomy...well i will write more later...shes nice... i can't wait to see everyone! i miss everyone so much! oh you should see my quilt! it is amazing! the pictures on the squares turned out awsome..i have all the rows sewn together except for the one square richard has.... but thats ok..not like i am working on it here at college..but i got this really soft flannel to go on the back...mmm... warm... new students are comming in today and then returning students are comming in tomorrow. i guess our dorm is mostly upperclassmen which is great for us considering i didnt' want to deal w/ freshmen... i met a few people they all seem really nice... none are as cool as my friends from caz though....=) i miss you guys lots! okay well i am going to see if my email works yet or not...wish me luck...

well summer was great. even though i hated it at the beginning... i had way to much fun... went to work drunk way to many times, and did some things i said i never would. so all in all it was great. i can't wait to go back to school though. i will no longer be at caz....Yeah! i will miss everyone lots though...but many new friends to be made at Paul Smiths. i leave on friday and will from then on have internet access all the time. yeah! i hope my roomy is cool...if not i will have to find some really annoying friends come over and chase her out...lol.. no not really...im not that mean...lol... there is so much about summer to type about but i don't think they would let me post something that long...plus i am at home and we actually pay for how long we are on the internet...sooo... but it was great lots of pics to remember all the things i don't remember...lol... i don't know if i will keep in touch w/ anyone from there...but if not... thats fine... and if i do hey...thats great... either way i will be content... i can't wait till the weekend of my b-day sept 13th-15th...it is a time to be perpetually drunk...so if you will be up in saranac lake around those dates and want to get drunk...stop by paul smiths and ask for emy....im sure i will already be drunk...=)i have been trying to unpack all my stuff from last school year as well as this summer and trying to repack things i will need for this school year...wow thats though...quick run though of the highlights of the summer... my first paid photo job - jess and i were hired to shoot a wedding at the loj. the pictures turned out amazing and the couple really liked them... going to great escape w/ jess, and james. it was so much fun! the comet rules! lol... and of course the warp tour.... i don't think i have ever been more sunburnt in my life...except maybe florida... that was great...so many good bands...getting stuck in the pit of death for less than jake.....lol.... that was great... then at the end of the summer spending a week at jessicas house...i lived there for a week it was great...when jess was working i would float in the pool or go geocaching w/ james and his friends....yeah for geocaching...oh we did alot of night geocaching....most of it was drunken night geocaching.... that was great... going behind a prison to find a geocache at like 2am, while being intoxicated.... there was a prison break from there a few days ago...im glad we went' there when that happened....lol.... james driving my car....my car being broken...sad....have you ever gone for pizza at like midnight and have some random drunk guy steal a piece of your pizza? we did...it was great...we got a extra 1/2 pizza for free b/c of that great drunk guy....lol...oh ya three words... growler power hour.... enough said..... well i think that i have written enough so that even if you know me you wont be able to read it all at one time...i will have more to come... bet you can't wait....

so i haven't written in forever...but i have been sooo busy..jess and i went to canada day on the 30th and july 1st. it was amazing! so much fun...the only thing is we ran out of money...big suprise right...lol..but today has been a pain in my ass, right now i am waiting for our fax machine to send something...i don't even know if it faxed right...i don't think the number he gave us was actually a fax number...plus we had a huge group come in today and some of the beds wern't made up so we had to do them..i did about 8..i now have much more respect for anyone who does housekeeping..what a pain in the ass..i hate making beds! lol..but anyway... what else was i going to say..something...not to important obviously.... oh well i better check on my fax......

so this week has been amusing...the other day jessica came up and suprised me. she brought me my graduation presents...which consisted of the 3 sword of truth book, a vegetarian cookbook, a jamie oliver cook book and the new trival persuit game. thanks again jessica!!! = ) so we went to my house and drank w/ justin and set off fire works while drunk... it was fun..lol...and then yesterday we went to watertown for an oil change and then to placid and then to winthrup and then to canada...all in all the last 2 days my car has driven over 500 miles...my poor car...it just wants to take a nap...i will give it a little time to rest, but then i will be on the road again! i get paid tomorrow yeah!!! i can't wait..i have to give mom lots of money for gas... oops...lol... and then on sat. is a wedding! yeah for fun... ok well i am going to go for now...lol..it is fun and amusing here at richards...lol...=)

so i haven't written in forever, but thats because i have been working so much.. i also don't ever get to use the computer b/c we have to come in after work to use it and who wants to do that...so i am updating now...even though im not supposed to..but oh well..i don't even know what to write about there is so much...many new people to chat about....but i don't really want to get caught up in gossip just now.... lol.. i really miss everyone! jessica came up and visited the other day, and i have been kidnapping richard like every weekend! thanks guys! you keep me sane... its interesting here... living w/ the people you work w/ causes some interesting adventures (for lack of better word)... umm... im so hungry and its only 515 i don't get dinner for another 2 hours... ahhh... maybe i will sneak back there early..lol.. im really excited b/c i got the days off that i wanted.. june 30 and july 1. i want to go up to canada for canada day...i went last year w/ justin and it was awsome! my feet were blistered after it but oh well it was worth it.. i want to go up this year w/ a bunch of people... i don't really know how to get there or where to stay the night...maybe a hostle... but more about that later... work in general blows but that is because it is a front desk job...i answer phones...take reservations...i actually don't get to converse w/ a lot of people which sucks...and most of the guests here at the loj don't really have any desire to chat w/ us...they just want to be left alone..but i don't really blame them in a way..it is their vacation... so i am going to hide a geocache on mt. joe when i get paid...so that will be fun! yeah for geocaching! if i ever go back to JBL i will hide one out there too...but i don't know if i will be out there again in the near future..i was out there yesterday... it was how can i say this.... special...lol... people don't know how to take it when i say special..they think i am calling them stupid or something...i tried to explain it to everyone...but it just isn't the same...oh well... holly gets it so i can just use it around her...lol... ok well i better get off the computer b/f anyone important comes in and fires me for not working....if only....lol...

so ya i haven't written in quite a while.... i have been so busy..work is exhausting...that is all i have to say about that...some pretty cool people up there.. josie, rachel, rocko, kyle, sears, mike, etc...its strange b/c our bosses drink w/ us..not that i have drank much lately anyway..i have to be at work at 7..lucky for me i live there so i roll out of bed at 7 and walk over and punch in and i am still "on time" i climed mt. joe the other day..nice climb..short..but still nice... umm.. i can't even think of what to type b/c my brain is so fried from work..this is my first day off so i have been there for 6 days... so i am very glad to be home...its warm here..i wear socks and sweatshirts to be up there...and its not just one pair of socks..its two...i am looking up geocaches to find b/c kyle is a geocacher too..yeah for geocaching! lol... ok well i don't know what else to write...soooo... so long for now...

what a long weekend... it seems like last time i wrote was a week ago..but it was only a few days..im only going to give an over view b/c i am going to make stuffed mushrooms..
-friday- last night at caz...we partied in jessicas room agian... drank a bit...sent some guy to jail... (will explain more later)
-saturday- graduation day! got up early went and graduated...sad... took lots of pictures..went and packed 3 cars full of mine and richards stuff... went to olive garden..mmm....came home...richard left... kim stayed and is staying for a week...
-sunday- justins graduation...yeah! got up early and sat in the hot sun while justin graduated...yeah! got burnt...mmm..color...lol had a cook out for dinner everyone else had stake...i had a boca burger...lol..
-monday- g-ma left...i got up and unpacked and then packed so i can leave for work tomorrow...im still doing laundry... off to adk tomorrow....now its time for stuffed mushrooms!!

ugh... packing sucks! i am so fed up with it! ahhhh!... oh well i am going to write a little about this weekend (going home) last night and graduation!! first of all everyone should come to graduation on the 17th at 1030 in the morning. come see me graduate! hehehehe ok last weekend we went to my house. it was great, we went to the loj again and i saw the cabin which was cool. met the people, they were nice... then we went up the lake and we got to see vince and megan and seth. it was nice =)... ok now the really interesting part...which i wont get into too much is last night....well lets see where to start...drinking uno w/ jess richard and matt....now thats bound to turn out well....lol we got really drunk.... extremely....jessica was so drunk she doesn't remember kissing people...the sad thing is i do remember kissing them...not so fun...we had quite the time...there were lots of people there...richard and matt of course got lots of kisses... clint, kate, clints friend dave, kyla, and her frined matt...also kim was there for a while....wow...very very drunk...ok i am going to go pack more, and finish having my mental break down =0

so these past few days have been fun. i keep thinking its a weekend...but its not. we drank monday night. alot...w/ jess, richard, matt, kim and clint. kim got sick..lots of sick... at the end of the night we brought matt back to his apartment, and we played video games until like 2am... the next morning we got talked to by marty..i guess we kept him up late...oops... he didn't mind too much... then we went to jessicas house...me, jess, richard and matt..we went geocaching. we ended up finding 3 total this weekend..we dropped off a travel bug and found one...yeah! we had a huge bon-fire it was fun! we had smores..and tried to feed them to the goats and chickens...the goats like them..but when matt and i tried to feed them to the chickens the completely ignored us...lol...oh well.. it was fun... more to write later...

so ya we drank again last night...if the first 3 nights wen't enough....ahh well it went well. except fish changed his plans and screwed everything up... ok ill explain now... fish was supposed to come up last night...me and jess we going to go home today...richard said if we waited until sat to go he would go w/ us. so when fish called and said he was tierd, we had to change our plans agian..b/c fish would be comming up today..and therefore only be here one night..and therefore no richard...plans suck...never make plans...they never work....ugh...oh well... anyway we were also supposed to go to jessicas house today instead of my house b/c she needs stuff for her portfolio so she can work in lake placid this summer, so now that we are going today we can't do that either...oh well..... back to the drinking part!...mmm... richard got me peppermint shannaps w/ shot glasses for graduation! thanks hun!! yum... we got vodka and a few flavors of cool aid... richard got beer... we got drunk. richard was bad he had like 9 or 10 beers... no wonder he was all over matt and jon...matt was drunk..he was dancing..it was so funny.. oooohhh.. i stole something...i just remembered... one of those wet floor signs...lol...fun! yeah for sign collection! ya im a dork...but hey... did i write how we went out to outback and got free bread...mm...i wish we had some left.... yummy... i want a brugers bagel..but i have no money for that...jess and i raided the basements of the resident halls just to get money for vodka....=) we got $6... so hey it worked...we only had to put in $5 each after that...so being drunk is fun! like you guys didnt' know that... sara rusk came over for a while, as well as mary... poor matt...i pet him lots last night...i fell asleep on him..he was sitting on the bed, and i was sitting behind him...i fell asleep on his back....lol..i was drunk so... monicas not here...she went home...sadness....i didn't sleep in here last night...i don't normally when im drunk, but i really didnt' want to last night...no monica... and my light being stupid like it is...someone let off a fire cracker last night...i almost peed my pants! it was crazy loud... i need to play chip....

things are getting crazy...finals week...ugh... i have so much to do! i finally wrote my speech last night...i still have to write my history of photography paper...and i have yet to have my critique for ceramics..i have to pay my credit card bill...we are going to jessicas today to get stuff for her portfolio b/c she may be able to get an internship this summer if we can get it together in time...then this weekend we are going to my house..thank the lord i really need to do luandry.... and i am going to bring a bunch of stuff home and give justin part of his graduation present...i have to fill out a bunch of load stuff and i have to cancel my bank account here and my phone plan from last year..i have to call ADK and tell them that i am going to be up this weekend so i can take care of the paper work..and i have to clean my room! it is a disaster area! i need to pack...i need to take down all the pictures b/c they are starting to fall down and i dont' want to lose any of them... ok well i should probally get started on something i need to do...oh ya i need to call mom too....thats the easiest thing to do...guess i will start there....
